ZillowVERIFIED Amazing ,Amazing and Amazing Robert was my agent on finding my house which took for almost 8 months because my wife and I were very picky on choosing our desirable house, He was very patient with us on visiting more than 30 houses and always shared his experience on the houses which had problem and stopped us buying any problematic house ,also he was very helpful and fair with us to make our offer with a reasonable price. He is a fair, friendly and HONEST agent and I will definitely offer him to all of my friends and he will be my only agent on purchasing my next houses

ZillowVERIFIED Robert was our realtor when we were selling our house and purchasing another one. He was most hard working and efficient realtor we ever met. He did everything possible to sell a house within 2 months in Canyon Country. Let's face it, it wasn't an area that people were dying to buy a house in. He did an open house every single weekend and made it so very inviting for visitors and even other realtors to come in and see the house. He even paid for food for them. He took his time and never pressured us to purchase anything for over 6 months while we were looking for a house. We took our sweet time and looked for a house in many areas. He is the example of patience. I couldn't thank him enough for spending days, weeks, and even his own vacation time while he was in another country to work on our loan and make sure it goes through. If anyone needs an honest and really hard working realtor then don't look any further cuz there is no one better than Robert. We highly recommend him. Thank you again Robert for all you did to make our experience very smooth.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert was our agent. We bought a new property and he was very patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the buying procedure for new home in a new city. He gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with seller. I think that definitely gave us better deal. Not only this, but Robert had been a good advisor in terms of suggesting us from where to buy the appliances etc. and new a lot of people who helped us with remodeling. I think Robert is very honest and isnt pushy. He gives his honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. I think that is very important to me as a buyer. I would highly recommend Robert as an agent. We are planning to buy next home in few years and I would definitely hire Robert as our agent. Thank you. Cant wait to purchase our next investment home with you. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time house buyer, we were very picky and nervous. Robert took his time to show us every house we were interested without a hesitation. That helped us understand what we can afford and to be able to point out what are musts, will be nice and not needed features we look for in a house. After 4 months, Robert helped us getting our dream house for the price we could afford. Its hard to find agents that care for you and not rush you. Robert has that patience and I will definitely recommend him.
