ZillowVERIFIEDI have been in the real estate business as an appraiser as well as a landlord for over two decades, and I can honestly say that I have never had the pleasure to work with such an honest, hard working, and pleasant agent. Mr. Arnold went way beyond what I have personally experienced or what I have ever heard of any other realtor doing to help their client. I am forever grateful for everything Mr. Arnold did to help me and my daughter purchase our home in West Bend. Bob is truly more than just a fantastic real estate agent, he is an absolutely extraordinary person. Marcella Sullivan

ZillowVERIFIED Bob Arnold is a great partner for both buying and selling. He knows the Milwaukee & SW Wisconsin market very well. When we were selling, the listing photography and marketing were great - all the latest tech - 3D tour and social media marketing. Bob offered helpful advice and guidance at every stage of the buying and selling process, including referring us to his network of contacts. Every referral Bob gave us was a 5-star.

ZillowVERIFIED Good Job. I am glad I meet Bob Arnold. He showed me various houses and he did it quickly. Thank you. We did not actually purchase a home however, his home searches were applicable and very close to what i wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time homebuyers and Bobs knowledge and expertise allowed us to operate with confidence and end up in a perfect home for our family. He was incredibly easy to work with and always made himself available for us. Hopefully we dont need a realtor again any time soon, but we would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was so helpful in the process of searching for and buying our home! Even when a deal fell through he was there to make sure everything came together in time for us to move. He was very honest in giving advice and we could tell he had our interest in mind, rather than just wanting to make a sale. He respected our wishes and was quick to get back to us. We love our new home-thanks to Bob for all his help!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob helped my husband and I find a house this past July. We were first-time home buyers, and were interested in the Bay View area of Milwaukee, and he made us feel confident after our first meeting with him that he could help us through the process, and get us into a house in our ideal location. And he did indeed check both of those boxes! He was always very quick to respond to our questions, which was incredibly helpful, as the home-buying process can move so quickly. We also appreciated his honesty ? there were a couple of houses that we looked at that we were on the fence about, and Bob gave us great guidance. He really did understand what we were looking for, and wouldn?t have let us put an offer in on something that wasn?t perfect. We have now settled into the house nicely, and are so grateful to Bob and his team for all their hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Rock solid, does things by the book, and gets back to you in a timely manner. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable too. Hes good at this. He showed us roughly 10 - 15 homes before we found the one. He was very patient. He was also able to refer us to an experienced home inspector and mortgage broker.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob Arnold helped us find our first home and we loved working with him. He was very thorough in finding properties that fit out needs, wants, and budget. He took the time to explain all the important aspects of buying a home including financing, location, home structure, negotiation, etc. Bob has a deep knowledge of the Milwaukee housing market and different neighborhoods. Even as our search was extending longer than we had hoped, we never felt like he was pressuring us into settling for a property. In the end, he helped us find the perfect home for us and helped negotiate a good price. I definitely recommend working with Bob and his team if you are looking to buy in the Milwaukee area.

ZillowVERIFIED First I liked to start off by saying how lucky we were to have Zillow choose Bob Arnold when we saw a house we were interested in!!! Not only did we end up with our dream home because of him, but we also gained a mentor in home owning and ultimately a friend! I cannot say enough about him (my friends all know this as I am constantly recommending him as they start thinking about home buying). He treats being a realtor like an art instead of a business. You know you are in the best hands when he starts pointing out necessary information to you, providing experts to inspect anything he is questioning and never pushing for a purchase, only guiding you through your process of finding your best home. Thanks again for everything Bob!

ZillowVERIFIED I have sold a number of properties over the years. This is the first time I used Bob Arnold to sell my property. He not only sold my property in record time at a price that was quite satisfactory but handled our communication and transactions in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Bob Arnold to anyone needing this service. He is a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob gave great advice during the home selling process and was able to sell our home, which was in a difficult location, in less than 3 months. We are very grateful for his expertise and connections in the southeast WI area.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Bob Arnold to buy my very first home. He always promptly answered my questions and made the process easy for me. He is a great person, great realtor. I was searching for houses on Zillow and I requested more information on a home I was interested in, and Bob responded quickly. I was full of questions, concerns about the buying process. Bob went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor, answering my all doubts, calling and meeting contractors at the house to get quotes for miscellaneous jobs (roof, electric, etc.) that needed to be completed prior and after closing. He has connections to mortgage brokers and contractors.I would recommend Bob Arnold to you and anyone interested in purchasing real-estate. He is very flexible and, as I stated above, a great person to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob was recommended to us from a family friend who could see we were burnt out from our previous realitor and experience. We had looked at about 42 houses in 6 months and found nothing. That is when we decided to change realtors and go with Bob Arnold. We immediately saw a difference! He was willing to listen to exactly what we wanted in a house and did his best to find a match. He always made time to show us houses and was honest if he thought we could find something better. He didnt just want to make a sale but instead wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that spoke volumes! We worked with Bob for about two and a half months and found our dream house. The buying process was easy because we had Bob advocating for us. He negotiated and demonstrated expertise with the process. He still checks in on us to make sure things are going well in the house!

ZillowVERIFIED Having used other realtors, I find Bob to be the only realtor I should have ever worked with. He is always available, has excellent marketing ideas, communicates well with me and prospects and Im glad hes working with me-not for me. He goes above the call of duty an even provides items to attractively prop my home to catch the eye of the prospect.

ZillowVERIFIED To simply put it, Bob is great. Great person, great realtor. Like you, I was searching for houses on Zillow. I requested more information on a home I was interested in and Bob responded quickly. Bob showed me the house of interest and several similar houses. He is an expert on the Milwaukee area. If its listed, he knows about it. He understood my wants and needs. Very good communicator. Bob went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor, calling and meeting contractors at the house to get quotes for miscellaneous jobs (roof, electric, etc.) that needed to be completed prior and after closing. He has connections to mortgage brokers and contractors.I would recommend Bob Arnold to you and anyone interested in purchasing real-estate. He is very flexible and, as I stated above, a great person. He works his butt off for you. I will not use another realtor! If youre looking for a home in the Milwaukee area, call Bob Arnold.
