who is this? I got an email asking me to review this realtor I supposedly had sell one of my houses. IF this guy sold one of my houses it is without my knowledge that he did it. Looking for some documentation that this is a mistake.

I chose Nick out of 4 realtors because he saw the positives in my brother's house. He always kept us informed. We had multiple offers in 3 days time. I have recommended him to others!

ZillowVERIFIEDI was trying to sell my house myself when Rob contacted me about wanted to see it. After meeting and speaking with him at length, I was very impressed with his knowledge and drive. I could tell he was going to work very hard to sell my house for the price I wanted. The only way I could describe Rob is a good old fashioned "go getter". He met every lofty expectation I had, and then some. If I ever have future real estate business, it's going to be with RPA.

ZillowVERIFIED He made the transaction so ease. He was professional and also courteous. The house was sold faster than I anticipated and for a great price. Without him, I'm not sure it would have sold and for the price it did. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert is a professional with a capital P! He assured us that he would sell our property and did just that! He believed in lots of "traffic" through the house stating that if the person viewing the house might not find it suitable for them, they would indeed share their opinion of it with others, thereby expanding the marketing of the property. Robert surrounds himself with a professional staff and relationships with other professionals in the real estate community, again insuring a larger reach of marketing for a property. I highly recommend him!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Robert to both buy and sell our house. We weren't expecting to have to move in such a short time after buying, but Robert did an excellent job helping us get it sold again in under a year after relisting. He was professional, honest, and understanding. He worked very hard to get our family back together under one roof. We highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert is the best realtor You could ask for. I would never use anybody else. Robert helped us to buy a house and then list and sell the previous house we owned. the house was listed and had offers within a week. Robert was very tentative and always answered questions immediately. He gave tips as to staging and the best options to sell quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous and worked around our schedule. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert impressed us from our vey first meeting. He listened very carefully to us. He made recommendations about photographing the home to make the best of the listing. He honestly discussed options available to improve our chances of selling this older ranch home on a lake front. His best recommendation was to remove the dated wall to wall carpeting. To our delight, the original hardwood floors looked wonderful! The photographs turned out great. His tenacity sold this home. He followed through on a prospect and closed the sale through great communication, excellent suggestions, knowledge of the real estate market and sales savvy. He accurately read the buyers interest and negotiated a mutually agreeable contract. There were no surprises or drama at closing, in large part due to Robert's attention to the details. Did I mention this whole journey started in mid-October and successfully concluded on January 27? Who does that? For us, it is Robert Altmayer.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Robert on two transactions. He helped my family and I buy a home in Mountaintop, PA and also sold our previous home in Beech Mountain Lakes (Drums, PA). I highly recommend him to friends and relatives as he went above and beyond for our family and exceeded our expectations when other local realtors we had tried to work with were not successful. We had to relocate and sell for several reasons and he helped us make that happen quickly and seamlessly.

ZillowVERIFIED This was by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Robert was always available to us when we had questions or wanted to see a house no matter the day or time. Robert sold our house for exactly what we wanted to get after other agents we're unable to do so, and tirelessly helped us find a home quickly to move into. Gave great and honest advice based on what our needs and wants were even if it was not what we may have wanted to hear. Because of this we we're able to find our new home which we love in the time frame we needed to. I could not say enough great things about this agent. Just an amazing agent and person!!! Thank you Robert for all your help!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My family is relocating to NC. When the realtor we had contacted bailed on us, our realtor in NC gave us Robert's name. He called us within 28 hours of her contacting him for us. He was very candid and honest. He told us our modular would take some luck and a lot of patience to sell. But that he would do his very best and get it done for us. And he lived up to that promise. Our home now has a pending offer and a closing date of June 30. I have posted our recommendations on Facebook as well. If you need a realtor that has passion, commitment, honesty and candor, Robert is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert was calm, professional, and confident. His attitude and personality helped me through the mortgage process. His knowledge and experience made the process as simple as it possibly could have been. His confidence was contagious, leaving me confident that the home was going to be mine! and in the end we were given the keys. I cannot thank Robert enough! I cannot recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been searching for the right house for our family for the better part of 6 months with no luck finding what we were looking for. I was fortunate to meet Rob at a listing earlier in the summer and immediately I could tell that he was the most realistic realtor representative I'd met out of dozens I'd encountered over the first half of the year that we'd been looking for a home. Rob worked quickly and got us into all of the houses we wanted to see. He worked seemingly all hours of the day to help us find our home communicating with me on nights, weekends, and even a couple of times on holidays. We were never left feeling like we weren't a priority which is how all of our previous experiences with other realtors had left us initially. Once we found our home Rob worked even harder to get us in there becoming a conduit in all communications between both the listing realtor as well as the mortgage broker. His committment to getting us in this home was unwavering. I'd highly recommend Rob to anybody who is serious about finding the home that meets their needs fast. It is also worth noting that Rob's reputation for professionalism preceded him wherever we went when we encountered other realtors when viewing open houses. My wife and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rob and we've already recommended him to a handful of friends and co-workers currently looking for homes. If you are looking for a realtor who will work to meet your needs look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy knows how to get stuff done! I just purchased my first home and to be honest with you after all I heard and read I was scared to death. Rob made the process so easy it was laughable. Down to the last second when I was handed the keys to my new home, I kept waiting for "something to go wrong". It was too easy, "to good to be true", I was sure. Then I got my keys and I'm now a happy home owner. I cant thank Rob enough for his rapid and professional service he provided. I would recommend him to everybody out there looking to buy a home. He loves what he does and he does it well!

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we met Robert and explained to him that we were first time homebuyers, he went above and beyond to help guide us through the process. He was very patient and understanding and after telling him what we were looking for, he actually guided us to the house we ended up buying. He's professional but takes it to a personal level as well to find the right home for the buyer. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for everything Robert!
