Denise was an exceptional realtor. When we first contacted her we discussed exactly what we were looking for. She lined up lots of beautiful houses and when we found "the one" she recommended putting in an offer because houses were selling fast. We were able to get our house for a price we were very happy about. Her knowledge of NEPA really shows and she moves very quickly when it comes to closing. 10/10 would recommend Denise to anyone!

Denise (D) did an excellent job selling my 2nd Home in the Back Mountain. She took the time to recommend items that needed to be fixed/corrected to market the home properly. (New Roof/Interior Paint and Some Minor Repairs). She was extremely professional and marketed the home for the best possible exposure and ended up selling the property and going to closing within 30 days. I highly recommend D for all your real estate needs.
