ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Angela Adams from The Adams Team at Rothwell Gornt Companies was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Angela went above and beyond to protect our best interests throughout our new-build purchase. She negotiated a discount on a premium lot and secured over $20,000 toward builder options, adding tremendous value to our home. Her recommendation to hire a third-party inspector was invaluableaEUR"something we wish we had known to do when we bought our first new build. That inspection uncovered items we never would have caught on our own and gave us real peace of mind. Angela is knowledgeable, proactive, and truly committed to her clients. If you want an agent who will advocate for you at every step, Angela Adams and The Adams Team are the ones you want in your corner. #LovingLakeLasVegas

ZillowVERIFIED Angela Adams is a very knowledgeable realtor. She listened to my preferences, showed applicable homes, was on time to showings and patient with me when I was late, returned phone calls and texts promptly, and represented me at close of escrow. She assisted with the sale of a home and the purchase of my new home. It has been a pleasure knowing and working with Angela. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Absolute fabulous experience from start to finish. Robert and Angela were the listing agents on a home that we sold and helped us find the home that we are currently in. They were fabulous to work with, and they were on top of absolutely everything. Most importantly, they answer their phones. , We were so lucy to have found the Adams team, complete difference from top to bottom from the previous Realtor that we used in the past before we found them. Wish we could give them 10 stars they were that good. Everything went seamlessly. We HIGHLY recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED The entire Adams Teams is a class act! Our realtor, Joseph Jones, really took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked diligently to filter down to the perfect property. As out of towners, Joseph even went out of his way to pick me up from the airport during a layover to do a property walk through and dropped me back in time for my flight! He was also a great negotiator and got us the best deal possible for the property that we purchased. I look forward to working with Joseph on another purchase in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED The entire Adams Team was excellent in handling all of our real estate needs and they went above and beyond in guiding us from the home search through the close of escrow and beyond. Taryn has made the process stress free, manageable within the timeframe and offered a lot of great insights not only on the closure but also on the loan process as well! She was instrumental in successfully meeting all of our deadlines and making sure that we understood the process and was on top of the action items that we needed to get through together! We will team up again with them for our upcoming real estate needs. I highly recommend this team - very professional and I was extremely satisfied with the value-add they provided!

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Joseph Jones our home search was stress free and went smoothly. Joseph was very good at listening to our criteria and offered a lot of good insights and great advice that made our home search a much more pleasurable experience. Searching for a new home should be fun and he clearly knew how to make it less stressful. We got great advice on how to make a reasonable offer by providing comps and latest sales in the area, provided guidance and contacts for the various services needed (appraisal, fixes, etc.) and overall managed the entire process from the search all the way through close of escrow (COE) and even post closure. We intend to work with Joseph again for future purchases. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Relocating from one state to another is not an easy thing to do. In reality, it proved to be quite stressful, at times. While looking for a home here in Las Vegas, I had the pleasure to work with Joseph and Sabrina Jones, who where exceedingly helpful and sensitive to our needs and situation.Once we found the home, Taryn Gaynor guided us through the escrow phase of the transaction. Taryn was also amazing, going above and beyond her duties. All three of them were incredibly quick to respond at the most crucial moments of this trying times. We are very grateful to the entire Adams team, and we wish them a very successful year 2022.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Angela and Frank from the Adams team to purchase a new home and was happy with how the process played out and am thrilled with our new house and neighborhood. I initially was contacted by Ron after requesting a showing at a house nearby. I was in the process of selling my house to a national buyer and was searching for either a place to rent or buy. I needed to change school zones and had roughly a 30-60 day window to get it all done and every rental I had seen was tore up.I met Ron's wife Angela and Frank at the house. Though it did not meet our needs, the very next day they had located a property for sale that actually did meet our needs. Within 3 days we were able to get a showing and accepted offer before any competing bids came in. Angela was also able to assist me with my Opendoor transaction and was able to help me get some of their fees reduced. Angela and her team were also in constant contact with me multiple times per day throughout the entire transaction. Basically in 6 weeks from showing to close with Angela's help I was able to sell my house find a new house get an accepted offer and all loans approved and move. I had no expectations of that given the current market. I only had to offer on one property and she got it done...vs 16 and 13 offers for my previous two purchases in the same general area. Angela was basically my right hand the whole way since I had to basically do the entire process by myself. Without her I wouldn't have been able to do it.I would definitely recommend the Adams team for anyone but specifically anyone in a time crunch or looking for a home and do not want to lose out in a competitive market. They will handle your transaction quickly and thoroughly. Thanks Adams Team!

ZillowVERIFIED Angela and her team worked tirelessly in helping me and my significant other buy our first home together. They were in constant communication and helped us along each step of the way from the initial walkthroughs in multiple homes to closing on our dream home. They worked hard to negotiate even the smallest details in the home that needed refinement. They were professional through and through. I highly recommend her and the rest of the Adams Team. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the first time I purchased a home. Robert was extremely helpful with the buying process, I had several questions regarding the process from start to finish, all my questions were answered and his responses were quick and prompt. It never was an inconvenience for him to explain any of the situations we came across and being a first time buyer this was very comforting. I often felt like I was the only client he had and we were going to make this happen no matter how many hurtles we had to clear. Robert puts his clients first and I would recommend Robert and his team and services to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience was nothing but positive. We put our house on the market and it sold in two days. This was in May in the middle of everything being shutdown from the pandemic. We were able to get the home we wanted and got seller to pay closing costs. The entire team was always available for questions and available to show us homes we requested. We even requested to see the property we purchased late in the evening to see the lighting. They were great every step of the way. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED If you're in the market to purchase property in Las Vegas I would highly recommend using Angela Adams. She's knowledgeable and responsive, but most of all, we genuinely felt that she represented our interests. This is our 7th home purchase so we have experience working with realtors. Some clearly want to close the sale as quickly as possible. Others don't provide guidance when asked. We relied heavily upon Angela's expertise as we worked through this process from a distance. We ended up purchasing new construction and even then, as we had questions, Angela was our advocate with the builder. I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with through this process.

ZillowVERIFIED After having our home for sale with another realtor for over two months and nothing happening, we decided to look for another realtor and came across Angela and Robert Adams. From the moment we met them we knew they would sell our home! Completely prepared with the comparables and they laid out their strategic plans and incorporated everything that they would do in the process. From meeting for the first time all the way to the end, they always went above and beyond and did everything necessary to assist us in expediting the selling of our home due to a tight time crunch. Angela and Robert are a great team and whatever process they have working as a team, truly is beneficial to any person looking to sell their home. Our home received offers and everything was said an done in such a short time period. The Adams team has the motivation, willingness and tools that so many relators in Las Vegas lack and we are forever grateful for everything. Respectfully,The Salas Family
