ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C)e and I were first-time homebuyers, so we knew we needed a realtor who was knowledgeable, patient, and able to guide us through every step of the process. We were looking for someone who communicated well, was easy to reach, and genuinely cared about helping us make informed decisions. We chose Rob because from the very beginning, he stood out as honest, responsive, and extremely familiar with the local market. He didnt just send us listings, he actively sought out homes that matched what we wanted and made sure we understood the market well enough to make strong, confident offers. What we valued most about Robs service was his reliability and communication. He was quick to respond, always punctual, and consistently made us feel supported. His honesty and upfront approach earned our respect immediately, and he treated us like family throughout the entire process. Our advice to any buyer or seller is to work with someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your goals. Rob is all of those things, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Harrison went over and above working with me. He communicated often and was pro-active, heading off problems before they materialized. He was always available by phone or text, and every step of the way he made sure that we were on track for closing. He had good advice and made sure that we understood where we were in the process, which, as we all know, is a roller coaster ride at best. Besides all that, I like him. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will certainly use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rob on our new home search. Due to my work schedule I was only available to look at homes on the weekends and Rob was very accommodating. I would send him a list of homes that we were interested in seeing and he would set up a detailed and efficient schedule to see all the homes that were on our list. Rob as very helpful with pointing out things that that were both good and bad with the homes we looked at which helped us to make an informed decision. I appreciate how honest and transparent Rob was throughout the entire buying process. My lender even reached out to Rob to ask him if he would be interested in becoming a preferred realtor. Rob is a stand up guy and went above and beyond. He will absolutely be my first phone call for any real estate needs in the future and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks for making my home buying experience so awesome Rob!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I got the pleasure of working with Rob on both sides of the fence as the home buyer and seller of my old home. Rob was extremely knowledgeable throughout both processes. Even on the rare occasion that he didn't have the answer, he got on the phone immediately to figure it out. He had patience and always answered my calls. One of my biggest concerns in the home buying process was having a strategic professional to help navigate this complex market. Rob helped us find our forever home for UNDER ask as well as a number of repairs from inspections. Additionally, the go to market strategy he implemented in selling our home was excellent. We sold our home for 6% over ask and closed in less than 30 days (in January). I was very pleased with both experiences and would highly recommend Rob to anyone.
