Robbyn stuck with me for 3 months trying to close on my first house even when we both thought it wasnt going to go through! I had a bad lender at first that keep pushing closing dates out on me and Robbyn continued to try and work with the seller to make sure they kept resigning the amendments to continue. I changed lenders 3 months in, closed within 2 weeks of my switch and Robbyn continued to stick by my side to see the sale through of my first house! She was there for me every step of the way, any questions, concerns, or worries I had, she answered me quickly! I would recommend her without a doubt and if I ever sell my house in the future I will definitely be calling her!!

I was new to the Kenosha area so it was nice having someone like her who was very familiar with the area to assist in choosing an area that fit my needs. As a first time buyer I had a lot of reservations but she was great at providing knowledge to ease my nerves. Very patient and got what I was looking for. ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a single-family home in Kenosha as a first-time home buyer with Robbyn assisting my search as a buyer's agent. Overall, I would recommend her services to anybody who is conducting a home search in this area. PROS Extremely strong knowledge of Kenosha area, available stock Very responsive, able/willing to communicate via just about any method (phone, email, text message) depending on the situation Did a good job identifying exactly what I wanted from a home and finding stock that fit that Transaction coordinator stayed totally on top of things once the offer was accepted Very, Very honest, both in sharing her thoughts on homes and throughout the process CONS I am not convinced that Robbyn would be the most effective negotiator in an aggressive situation. This comes with the disclaimer that I bought a home in an exceptionally seller-sided market, and thus had very little bargaining power as a buyer. Nonetheless, those with particularly challenging situations (Listing homes with significant issues, coming into the buying process with multiple major contingencies, etc) might want to carefully consider.

ZillowVERIFIED Robbyn, is everything that your want your realtor to be. She was patient with us as we gave her house after house that we wanted to look at, only to see it and then not like it. She was honest with us as we took steps to make offers on homes that we wanted. She would be up front about the pros and cons of resale and information about the location. Robbyn, was able to answer all of my questions, and if she didn't have the answer at hand it wasn't long before she would get back to us with the answer. Buying a house was a huge step for us and with being out bidded on two homes, I was starting to loose faith that we wouldn't find our perfect home. But Robbyn was so positive that the right one was out there, she sent us new house listings almost daily. Before we new it we had found our perfect house. Robbyn is a great realtor and we couldn't be happier with her and her dedication to us throughout our whole home buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sole many properties and have never had one go so smooth. I told Robbyn what I was looking for and she found several properties and got me in to see them the next day. One of them was the one I purchased. I had some zoning questions which Robbyn got answered by the next morning. She negotiated a great price and I purchased that property and closed on it in less than 2 weeks. She even got me an inspector in a day. If you are buying or selling you cant do better than Robbyn, she goes the extra mile for you.
