Robbie was able to point us in the right direction for a lender, insurance and was able to help us look for our perfect home. We were told by many people how hard the market is right now and how difficult it is to find something in an appropriate price range. We know the market was hot but there were other homes in our neighborhood that were listed for sale before our home and on the very same day. The difference was presentation, being priced correctly (which happened to be higher than some others) and marketing. Robbie and his team informed us on what needed to be done with the house before we listed to get top dollar. Then we went through page by page of comparable sold homes. The week before we went ?live? Robbie and his team got the word out that our home was coming on the market through fliers, social media, word of mouth to other agents and potential buyers. Robbie also did an open house the weekend we went ?live? and we had so much traffic that the neighbors thought Robbie and his team were giving away free pizza. This is our second time working with Robbie. First was to buy our home and the second selling our home. Both times were great experiences and we are particular people. Selling a home and moving is listed as one of life?s more stressful events and Robbie and his team made the process a lot less stressful and we thank him for that. We are now enjoying the next chapter in our lives as we look back on how smooth and easy a transition they made it for our family. We can?t recommend Robbie and his team enough! ZillowVERIFIED Dustin Gray was our realtor. We met him through a home my wife found online and wanted to see, from a different agency. Upon meeting him, we immediately felt a connection, as far as being comfortable to discuss our needs and wants in our new home. He went above and beyond what we expected, starting with an email response at 945pm, from the initial find. He was available ANY time we messaged him! He found and sent us listings that matched our criteria, without us having to weed through homes that DIDNT have what we wanted. After finding a home lising he sent us ABOVE our original budget, he made arrangements for us to look at it, just to compare our price point vs going a bit higher. Without any prompting from him, we raised our budget a bit and got WAY MORE home than we had ever dreamed!!! He was very honest (brutally on a couple we looked at) which we were VERY happy with. We had some hiccups with our lenders and he was always there to step in and help get them moving again. I will DEFINATELY refer anyone looking for a home, not only to The Sands Group, but specifically, Dustin Gray. He made finding and buying our dream home a less stressful and even enjoyable experience!!

We never heard from the agent unless we contacted them and when we finally got an offer more than a year later, our agent never responded to our questions during the negotiation process except to say just throw some money at them. After enough of the nonsense and no real marketing of the home, we met with Robbie Sands. We were immediately impressed by all the time and effort he had gone to preparing for our meeting. He had really done his research! We hired him and he went to work marketing the home. We had almost as many showings in the first couple of weeks with Robbie than we had in a year with the other agent. By the end of the second week we accepted an offer and have now closed on the sale!
