ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking for a high energy, market savvy, fully accessible, extremely responsive local agent with a competitive edge who makes you feel like your his most important client, then Brandon is your guy. He worked his business as a lifestyle meaning he was always working. He worked his magic and used careful wording to make sure our offer got noticed. He did such a great job, we got our house on our first offer. No understand, we werent the best offer or the highest offer, AND we were operating in a competitive market but he found a way to get us what we wanted. He wants to win and makes the people around him winners too!

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing multiple candidates to be our realtor on a property in HHI, we selected Robbie. His attitude and approach to the property and the market was one that was straight forward and honest and he was confident in his ability to deliver on his plan.As we progressed through the process, Robbie was more than a realtor for us. He took on tasks that were not his to organize given we were remote to the property. He was always willing to jump in and did so with quickness and completeness. Robbie was very flexible and accommodated our every request without breaking stride.Robbie made recommendations that were simple and beneficial and that drove a rapid conclusion to the selling process. In the end, Robbie set the market and then delivered a buyer as he communicated he would in our first meeting.I wholeheartedly recommend Robbie for all of your property needs on HHI, he knows the market, gets things done, can drive buyers to the property and closes sales. Thanks Robbie!

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely lucked out when we found Robbie, Jane and his team through a referral from our local real estate agent. They were able to help us find the perfect second home remotely through virtual means. The whole process, from finding the perfect home, to making the right offer and negotiating things along the way was flawless. We felt as though everything was taken care of on the ground for us and they even helped us to line up people to take care of the house when we can't be there. One stop shopping at its best for those looking for a second property on Hilton Head.

ZillowVERIFIED The knowledge and experience of Bunting is exceptional. Results prove that and we certainly benefited from that in recent transactions. Most transactions will have "glitches" that occur to no cause of the real estate broker, usually involving timing issues, overlooked matters. This broker managed these issues with efficiency, courtesy and above/ beyond the normal expectation. HVAC condition had been overlooked by the seller and provider of services, of no fault of the broker. This broker at his own significant expense made this "right" for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Robbie and his team were AMAZING to work with! Purchasing a home virtually and from out of town was initially intimidating, but Robbie put all of those concerns to rest. He answered countless emails and phone calls and kept us updated every step of the way. Once we closed on our home Robbie and his team were there to welcome us to the area and were available for anything we needed those first few days-even to provide restaurant recommendations! It was such a personal touch and I felt that I was being taken care of by a long time family friend. Robbie is so knowledgeable and passionate about the area that I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent, sell, or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED What started as a casual search for my husband and I while quarantined in NYC led to a move to Hilton Head Island within 3 months, and I attribute much of that to Robbie. He and Jane went above and beyond to show us homes virtually. Within the first few phone calls and walk-throughs, they had already figured out exactly what we were looking for and knew our personalities. They did a wonderful job explaining the entire island, the differences between neighborhoods and off-island neighborhoods and helped us narrow down our search. They were 100% understanding and accommodating to our constant 180's on what we were looking for. They were honest about everything and made themselves available around our crazy schedule. Once we moved down and closed, they still made themselves available to offer help picking up furniture, recommending restaurants and more. We stay in contact with Robbie for thoughts on contractors and service companies and can't wait to have him and Jane over to share with them what we've done to our new home.Neither my husband nor I had been to HHI before purchasing a home sight unseen, and having Robbie as our broker really helped us get a good feel for everything. We are more than thrilled with the decision we made to purchase a home and move to HHI, and I give credit to Robbie and Jane for making us feel comfortable with our decision and never being pushy. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home in this area to reach out to Robbie Bunting.

ZillowVERIFIED A friend recommended Robbie to us when we were in the market for our first villa on Hilton Head, and we could not have asked for a better partner in making our dream of owning on the island a reality. Robbie listened to what we wanted then patiently showed us many different properties until we found the right fit. Three years later, when we decided to move closer to the water, Robbie helped us to sell at a great price, and then handled the purchase of our current villa, all while we remained out-of-state, comfortable that he would ensure all went according to plan. Robbie is friendly, smart, and professional, and we recommend him without reservation for all of your real estate needs. Also, ask him about Darcey, who runs his rental business- she does a fabulous job for us as our rental agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED Robbie and his staff were a delight to work with. They were very patient with us. We visited the island three or four times before we found the right place. Their island experience was crucial for us to make the correct decision. And after we bought a golf villa they had the ability to act as our property manager. All have done an excellent job. Thanks Robbie!Jim and Carol

ZillowVERIFIED I had been looking for a home for a few months. While looking at one home, I was informed that a home I looked a few months prior and four doors had come back on the market that day.Robbie helped me with pricing and informed me of what comparable homes were going for, insurance companies for that area and even a closing agent (who was equally fantastic to work with). If you can find someone who does better, use them, but I doubt you will!
