ZillowVERIFIED What I appreciate about Robb the most is that he knows how to add value to the process. His intimate knowledge about all of the different neighborhoods helped to narrow down my choices. After finding a possible house, he can give you insights about zoning laws and possible view obstructions rather than letting you fall in love with a view that he knows is going to disappear someday, maybe sooner than later. His team takes care of all the little details once escrow opens from processing paperwork, lining up various inspections and following up on any issues that come up. Based on his concern and kindness, I'm sure he'll continue to be a resource even after the close of escrow.

ZillowVERIFIED Robb is the consummate real estate professional. He has extreme product knowledge of his part of the world and knows every nook, cranny and potential transaction. Marry that with his "can-do" attitude and it is a winning combination that doesn't stop at the contract. Rather Robb and his team worked throughout the due diligence process, coordinating and being present at every inspection and looked the ball into the catcher's mitt. I can't say enough good things about him, his style and his patience and there is no one else that I would work with in the MB/HB area! Besides the above, he is just one nice guy!!!

His experience allows Robb to creatively problem solve through any issues to make for a better experience for all parties. Was instrumental in the sale of our home (Nov 2020) - recommended the right pricing strategy and execution and got it done (multiple offers in first weekend) while the other comps to our home sat on the market and chased price downward. On our new house, Robb got us in to see the property of our dreams ahead of anyone else and his relationship with the Sellers Agents ultimately landed us the deal.
