Robb Leonard was awesome to work with! If youre looking for a Realtor in Gladwin, especially for a waterfront home, I highly recommend him. He knows the Gladwin County real estate market extremely well and really understands the local lakes, including Smallwood Lake, Secord Lake, Wixom Lake, and Sugar Springs. Robb was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and made the entire buying/selling process easy to understand. Rob was probably the best choice we made when it came to selling our house and buying a new one! Rob was super personable and always made himself available to us. We were in a weird situation with trying to buy and sell at the same time in a crazy housing market but it couldn't have been more seamless. Robb is very persistent and is hungry to sell a house! Ive had my house on the market several times and never received an offer. Robb put my house on the market on a Friday by noon, there was 11 showings and 3 offers by Monday!! He is amazing!! He also helped me move!!
