Highly recommend Svenja! We bought a house in 9 days total - from first visit to property to close in May 2020. Svenja and her assistant were totally on top of the stacks of documents to complete and return (as was the title company she worked with), from initial offer through closing. Super efficient, smooth and organized. Svenja was very available for questions, quickly answering calls and texts or replying within minutes. On top of her professionalism, organization and availability, she was really good-natured, lively and a positive spirit ~ plus, she social-distanced and wore a mask ~ all super-appreciated in early weeks of the pandemic. Also, major props to Svenja for her respect for and professionalism with other agents and brokers. We were living near San Diego at the time, and had been working a bit with an (also wonderful) agent down there. I felt badly about the time our SD agent had invested with us before my tall half got curious about Coachella Valley. In my first conversation with Svenja, I mentioned our SD agent's generous phone time plus a few showings. Svenja immediately volunteered that she would compensate her when we closed on a house, asked for her phone numberband called right after we spoke. I then received a really nice follow-up call from Svenja, and a happy call from our SD agent after hearing from Svenja. Svenja also continued to help after closing, with quick replies whenever we asked about utilities and recommendations for service companies and people.
