ZillowVERIFIED Rob is an outstanding realtor! After knowing him for sometime, I asked for him to show me some houses in the Addison and Dallas area last summer. Unfortunately for him, I had to postpone purchasing a home for personal reasons but he couldn't have been more professional and helpful during the process. He went the extra mile every chance he had. I plan on using him again down the road when doing my next home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We knew very little about the areas we were moving to North of Dallas, but the Vaughan's shared all their knowledge to help us make a great decision for our family. They took the time to take us to new areas we hadn't even considered. I would say they went above and beyond to make sure we did just find a house, but to find a home that was a perfect fit for our family. They made the process easy and ensured we got the home for the best price!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Rob on the sell of our home and we were able to find a cash buyer within a week of listing the home who paid more than the asking price. It was a great experience from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was very candid and a pleasure to work with. He dealt with an incredibly difficult buyer's agent and we because we set the price at what he suggested we were able to sell after 3 days on the market well over asking price. I would definitely recommend him to others. We had our fair share of challenges with the process but it was a great decision overall and Rob definitely fought for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob Vaughan is a excellent, professional, real estate agent that knows the area. Straightforward, honest, and down to earth, Rob helped us sell our house in Providence Village in just 48 hours! Even went as far as to help us find contractors for repairs and got on his knees and cleaned. If you are looking for someone that knows the Route 380 corridor, I would highly recommend Rob.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with lot of realtors before in CA, TX and Australia, Rob definitely is the best that I have dealt with. He has extensive knowledge about the real estate market in DFW area, he takes extra effort and time to understand what his clients need are and able to turn these needs into reality. He is honest and trustable, I never have questions or concerns about his words. All his attributes are especially important as we lived in CA and he successfully help us to purchase our dream home in Plano, TX remotely without us physically seeing the house. He even helps us in settling down in TX and continuously follow up with us if we have any issues on the house. We are so glad that we have Rob helping us in our real estate need, this is definitely one of the best decisions we have ever made.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Rob Vaughan on the purchase of my new home in April of 2013, and all I can say the pleasure was all mine. I built my home in Providence Village which was a very new experience for me. I am a single mother, and purchasing a home was a huge commitment, plus a life changing event. He followed up with me throughout the process, he made sure that I was well educated on all of the paperwork, he answered any questions that were concerning, stayed in touch with me, and was accessible at all times. Having him and his team behind made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I cannot exclude his wonderful wife Melanie she is amazing, and had a huge hand in my success with the purchase of my home! Rob and Melanie are great people and truly cared about helping me and my son. I am very thankful that God has brought them in my life. I would not have it any other way. If you are interested in buying a home or have any questions about the process I would highly recommend working with this wonderful couple. They are very knowledgeable about the area. Rob Vaughan you have my vote, and Thank You for all your help!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob helped us through our first home buying experience. I picked out at least 10 houses that I felt I would like but once seeing them I wasn't impressed. After seeing what kind of floor plan and style of home I wanted, Rob made a list of 3 homes that he felt would best suite our wants and needs. It was like he knew what I wanted better than I did. Rob made the whole process very pleasent and kept me informed step by step. He talked to us about the probable long term benifits from each location we looked at. This really helped me to make the best investment in a home. Rob was very patient with us and our many questions. I would definatly recommend Rob to anybody looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with three other realtors previously, but Rob represented and provided a level of customer service that we hadn't had before. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor, he will work hard and honestly to put you in the right home for you and your family.
