My wife and I just purchased our first home and had very little knowledge of the home buying process. Jami provided a wealth of knowledge about each of the necessary steps in the process, and was available almost any hour of the day for assistance. We received feedback about offers we made on our home, making sure we did not insult the seller, but did not compromise on our idea of what the home was worth. Even when she was out of state during a home inspection, Jami coordinated with her team at New Home DFW to ensure we had an experienced advocate present with us. After the home inspection, Jami helped us add reasonable repair expectations to our purchase contract so that our home was move-in ready. These repairs involved working with the seller's insurance company to repair damage from a recent hail storm. As a result, the house received a new roof, garage door, fence, and gutters! Jami also worked very closely with our lender, insurance agent, and title company to ensure all necessary documents were provided to the appropriate parties in time for closing. Our lender offered to move our closing date a week in advance and Jami expertly coordinated with all the aforementioned parties so that we could have the home title in our hands before Thanksgiving.Thanks Jami for all your hard work!
