He offered help when we were in a dilemma situation with the selling: tenant left the faucet on a whole day when they moved out, water flooded downstair neighbor home, insurance company stepped in while we were selling the property. Rob was able to negotiate us a good price under this unsure condition. He also always reminded us any potential future obligation when signing document. He was able to push back buyer's several requests which we were uncomfortable with. Overall, working with Rob is really pleasant and giving us a peace of mind!

He effectively marketed our property and achieved the sales price we were looking for. He not only took care of all of our marketing needs, but spent a lot of time coordinating all of the various inspections with our tenants. He understood the buyers needs as well and skillfully negotiated a mutually acceptable contract. Rob knows the area and the real estate market very well and I highly recommend him.

Respectful of tenants privacy and giving advance notice for inspections and prospective buyer walkthroughs. All paperwork, other than the in-person title companys signing, was handled online with follow-up texts and conversations addressing all my questions or concerns. This, as well as coordinating closing with my property manager for a seamless process. I couldnt have asked for a better person to work with.
