They had a great relationship with the loan officer and the selling agent we worked with. Originally I was worried we would even find a home in this crazy housing market. But they made it possible for me! They made sure we were able to view as many homes as possible. I sent a request to Joan late at night to view a home and we were touring the home the very next day (happens to be the one we closed on!) Being a first time home buyer I had so many questions.. but they made sure to answer all our questions and even gave us advice when we asked for it. I expected the home buying process to be extremely stressful but they made it so simple and stress free. They took care of everything on the back end and constantly gave me updates. They even gave us a timeline so we knew exactly where we were in the process. If your looking for a home and stress free process go with Joan and Robert!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert and Joanie took the stress and worry off my shoulders right away. Within a couple of days Joanie sat down with me to discuss the process. She brought comparison home sales in the area and we decided on an asking price. She walked through the house and made a few suggestions on staging the house for selling. A couple of days later they came back, took pictures and listed my house. That weekend I had an open house. Two days later she called saying there were two offers. We met to discuss them both and one was accepted. After a couple weeks we found the buyer's loan fell through and without missing a step we continued. More offers came in. Finally another offer was accepted and finalized the sell.
