Rob is a true buyers agent. He worked tirelessly on our behalf and, quite honestly, got us a better deal than I imagined on our new home. 2. During the search process, Rob stayed in touch via text, email and phone. When you are trying to get something done, communication is the key. He truly understands that. 3. This is the most important one to me... When I requested specific information, he got specific answers. There was never a need to go back and ask a second or third time.
