We initially planned to sell a year ago, but decided to postpone sale due to the pandemic; Rob was completely supportive. When we had a leak in the kitchen that forced up the wooden floorboards, he found the perfect person to take care of it and all the other problems we encountered over the past year. Whenever we had questions, he always got back to us immediately. In determining the appropriate asking price, his advice proved spot-on. When the house went on sale at the beginning of April, he arranged an amazing video, including daylight, twilight and drone shots; overall, the marketing he provided was excellent. ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we are beyond blessed to have worked with Rob! Rob was recommended to us from some friends that both sold and purchased a home through Rob about 8 years ago. Going into this for the first time can be intimidating and off-putting especially when you hear family/friends talk about their terrible experiences working with agents. However, we had the opposite experience! Rob ended up closing the deal with the third home we looked at in Riverside! We looked at our first home in June, our second and third home in July and were moving into our home by August. I admire Rob's expertise, thoughtfulness and willingness to put in the time to get to know your needs and wants in a home. However, I also want to put out that I appreciate that he acknowledges that "chance" and "fate" exists with purchasing a home and often reminds you that when "it is meant to be, it is meant to be" and the question he occasionally asked when you were in doubt "how bad do you want it" helped peel back the blurry layers that sometimes block what is reasonable for your family, your budget and investment. Lastly, I want to express that I was extremely grateful that Rob was willing to "teach" us along the way. Of course, we did our research (like everything, real estate has a language of its own), however I never sensed that Rob was annoyed or impatient with us considering that we were always asking questions. I love it when somebody is not only capable of completing the deal for you, but also willing to teach you how to close the deal. This. is. valuable. I also want to mention, that weeks after we had closed we had a situation where something needed to be fixed in our new home, and of course, Rob did not hesitate to help. We did not have to contact anybody. He did it all himself and got somebody out within a day. I will close, just as I opened: it has been a blessing to have crossed paths with Rob. If you are looking for somebody that will close the deal, teach you along the way and show up at the front of your door with a bottle of Champagne to hand you the keys of your new home, call Rob.

I must say that Rob helped us every step of the way to ease our pains during this painful period. In addition to numerous open houses, Rob used contemporary advertisements to make selling our house possible. During escrow, Rob's maintenance team helped us fix things requested by the buyer at a very reasonable price. This reduces our pain and shortens the closing time. Although we spent much of our time overseas during this period, Rob kept us posted weekly and when necessary. Many of the documents were signed electronically, which made our stay overseas possible. After meeting with him I was very impressed, he was straightforward about the process, answered all my questions so I hired him to sell my home. He made repair and upgrading recommendations and referred affordable contractors to do the work. His photographer took fabulous pictures and created a killer virtual tour. His recommended listing price was higher than my expectation and to my surprise after the first weekend we had multiple offers. Rob was able to get buyers to compete with each other and we ended up getting $10,000 over the asking price! From start to finish he kept me informed and was always easy to get ahold of.
