He diligently worked with the buyer, the title company, the lender and even the city of Gulfport to eliminate what could have been roadblocks to bring this to a successful close. Both the buyer and title company were remote, but Rob communicated all of them via phone and email to keep everyone appraised of what was needed. ZillowVERIFIED Rob and his team were excellent! We were owners of a Condo in Tampa and our home was a vacation home. We did most of our communication via email and text as we live in Michigan. We had several hurdles to overcome with a very difficult HOA. Rob always stayed persistent and never let down to get the answers. There were 8 other condo's for sale in our complex on different sites, but you could tell which one was ours by the excellent professional photography! Leaps and bounds above the others! Rob and his team always kept us updated and informed. Being 1,200 miles away, Rob even helped us with onsite maintenance for us. He went way above what he was hired to do. I can't imagine going through what we went through with a different realtor. *Disclaimer. We didn't know Rob prior to our Real Estate transaction. I found him on a search site where he had a very high rating, and I can definitely see why! Thank you so much Rob! For only meeting you once, I feel like we all walked away friends. :-)

First we had a meeting and he offered suggestions on which proposed improvements were a must, and which ones would have the biggest impact on the asking price. He has a very structured approach to learning what type of home you are interested in and how to filter out all the "maybes" and concentrate on the best choices. One way he does this is have you look over lots of listings (yes, you do have to do work for your house hunting) and cull out the ones you don't like and tell him why and then explain what you do like. His process is actually much more structured than a number of other realtors we've dealt with (and we've dealt with more than a few). He's also willing to revise contracts late on a Saturday evening for early on a Sunday morning. If I could afford one more house, we'd definitely use him again.
