Because this review is a little long, I'll start with some highlights. Rob is easy to work with, 100% about getting you what you want, and very professional in his interactions. He is also seemingly always available! Now for some more details. Rob is a very personable guy. Despite being an owner of the Green Bay Packers, we clicked right away (even though I'm a Bears fan). He knows what he is doing and does it well. He knows what to look for and can certainly steer you in any direction you want to go. Unlike so many others, with Rob, it is all about what you want. He never gave me the feeling he was pushing me more towards one house more than any other house based on what might be better for his commission and, as a result, we bought the absolutely perfect house for us! He is excellent at reading people too which makes it so much easier to be honest with yourself. In my experience, we had two houses we were really in love with certain features. One had the outdoor space we absolutely would have loved (although the inside was far too small) but the other one had much more of a total fit. Rob was happy to take his time talking through not only our questions, but offering his insight to what he saw in our reactions and offering his expertise as to how he has seen those types of reactions play out. In the end, we bought the perfect house and saved more than $60k from what it would have taken to buy the other house we seriously considered. I attribute this largely to Rob as many other realtors I've talked to in going through open houses and things like that have focused on selling me what I already love about a house (which is a good strategy with me, I often get "blinders" on so to speak as far as thinking I can either fix or deal with the drawbacks). With Rob, he certainly had the knowledge to suggest how things can be changed, but he also had the commitment to us to talk through all of the attributes, not just the ones I loved. I really think this led to us settling on the home that fit us better overall.
