For starters I was moving all the way from Kansas to Tennessee and originally looking to rent a home. My very first conversation with Rob he gave me so much knowledge and explained with my situation how buying would definitely be the better choice for my and my familyaEUR|And he was RIGHT. With me not physically being able to be in TN at the time Rob sent videos, FaceTime calls and literally handle everything in my absence and communicated above and beyond literally from beginning until even after closing he still checks in to make sure my family and I are ok and everything with the home is going well. I would definitely use Rob again and again and would be my first recommendation if any one wants to purchase a home. He definitely made my first time buying a home a easy experience.

ZillowVERIFIED In the beginning working with rob we thought he really cared about our experience. We come to learn all he cares about is making that easy money from ?stupid young military families?. We wanted to back out of the house. When all we signed was the initial offer and sale agreement. He lied to us and said we could not do that we were stuck buying this house. We have to buy this house or it?s against the law. He loves saying things are against the law when they are not. He even told my husband it?s illegal for him to talk to a lawyer about this. When we talked to our lawyer he said there are multiple ways to back out. Rob even did a three way call with our lawyer and my husband and ignored what the lawyer was saying and just kept insisting that we could afford the house and it?s not that far of a drive. Even though the lawyer kept telling him we could back out it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. After many calls and proving to him we are not the ? stupid young military family? he thought we were. He finally contacted the sellers and they let us out of the house. He would constantly talk over us and be condescending. He mentioned how we were babies. So we must be dumb right. Easy to manipulate. Wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself. It?s sad to think of how many families you manipulated into a house and situation that is not good for them. He would make really cringey comments about military life. Talking about his job like it?s the army. Acting like he knew the lingo. It was hard not to laugh at him in the moment. He seemed to think my husband was a private for some reason even though he?s a staff sergeant and we mentioned that multiple times because he just kept thinking that. He even said my husband needs to contact his first line. If you?re in the military you can understand how ridiculous that is. I absolutely do not recommend this realtor. He is a master manipulator and will try his hardest to trick you for his benefit.

He is not a pushy realtor, he is one of those realtors who represent a buyer perfectly. Let me illustrate, when you see a house, the good is what everyone can see and tell, Rob is never satisfied and will make you think and definitely stop you from making impulsive decisions, that you might regret later. He is real and will throw light on potential issues, when you are enamored by that granite kitchen and stainless steel appliances or that cute little enclosed wooden back porch. Whether you chose to ignore the issues he poses is entirely your choice, but atleast you would have made an informed decision. I couldn't be happier with the service Rob provides me and I would recommend him to anyone.

With that being said, I went to his profile on this site an was amazed to see all of the 5 star ratings. Some reviews, do sound the same as if they were written by the same person. Nevertheless, I was still excited. What I found odd is that just on every review written it states he is quick to respond. This is not the case, for I have been sending message to Mr. Harris since 04-18-2014 regarding his rental property listed. If agents are not dedicated to those only looking to rent versus buy, then maybe you should not list rental property.
