ZillowVERIFIEDRob made what could have been a stressful home purchase for me into a relatively pain-free one. 1) I initially chose Rob as my agent because of his knowledge of the area. As I am not local to Arcata, I had to rely on my agent to understand the real estate market and neighborhoods in that area. Not only did he have a wealth of information on the homes for sale in that area, he also gave me information on homes that were recently sold, and why they were sold for $xxx amount. He seemed to have memorized all the facts, inspection reports, and sales history of all the houses on the market! 2) Robs communication was excellent. He responded to all of my texts and emails promptly. If he was with another client or in a meeting, he would text me right away just to let me know that he would call me as soon as he was free. He even responded promptly when he was out of the country on vacation and in a different time zone! He also would regularly give me status of where we were at with the closing process - something that my lender was incapable of doing. 3) The best part about working with Rob is I felt like I was working with a friend and not a real estate agent. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking for a home in Humboldt County!

Climate patterns. Personality of the neighborhoods. History of the homes and the market. He?s got an intuitive finger on the pulse of the market. He will calmly observe and let you check out the home and formulate your own opinion. And when it?s time to weigh the pros and cons he?ll play devils advocate on those points, which helps you feel out if it?s a correct fit. Hes also very good at spotting quality construction as well as home features that may be problematic down the road. He has clearly been observing the market closely. I was working with him while watching the houses come and go. His predictions for which houses were going to sell quickly, and for around what price were impressively accurate.
