ZillowVERIFIED Rob is very easy to get along with and honest he made buying our house super easy we do not have to deal with all the details he did all of that and helped us not get overwhelmed by how stressful it can be to buy a house sometimes and told us step by step what was going to happen and what we needed to do at one point we were going to put in an offer at a different house but the house was already taken by the time we did that on the next house that we wanted was a little bit out of our price range but he was able to talk them down a little bit so then we were able to get our dream home and for that we will be ever grateful

Rob sent us video and gave us a update as the house inspection was being completed. He also scrapped and painted a shed on the property so our loan could be approved. He was the best and able to keep us relaxed and informed on what to expect next in the process. All in all he was excellent and made the whole experience less stressful. We would recommend Rob to anyone needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Im a HIGH ANXIETY person & buying a house can be overwhelming. Before I found Rob I met a couple agents that showed me property but were rather apathetic. Rob listened to my wish list. He sent updates on new listings I might be interested in but never once made me feel pressured. Once I found the right home he answered my million questions patiently & knowledgeably He slowly walked me through each step so I never felt overwhelmed. He made me feel like I was his only buyer. I couldnt have asked for more. I dont want to think about moving ever again but if I did Rob would be my first call.
