ZillowVERIFIEDRob was outstanding! He helped us sell our home n Scottsdale and purchase our new home in the mountains of Pine, Az. He was always there for us to answer any questions we had, always available to show us properties, and extremely helpful during the process. He is so easy-going, and was so patient with us when we had any concerns. He made it easy, and we highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for an awesome realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob has been the best real estate agent Ive worked with in the 7 transactions Ive done. He and his team had top notch communication skills throughout the entire process. We were well informed every step of the way. He was also able to help negotiate a rather complex deal for us and got us into our dream vacation home. If youre looking to buy or sell, you can have confidence youre in good hands if you choose to with with Rob and team.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob helped us find the right house. It has been our dream to have a house in the cooler weather for years so we decided now would be the time to pursue that dream. After several months of looking for house, we found the house that checked all the boxes. After extensive conversations with another realty group, we chose Rob. When we first contacted Rob, it was Christmas time and he was out of town. He still gave us his attention and worked with us while he was out of state. We drove up from Phoenix to meet with Rob and it worth it! His professionalism, honesty and expertise was invaluable. We have already recommended Rob to others. He was very responsive to any and every question we had. We were out of towners with very little knowledge about the area and he made us feel confident in the house we chose. Rob chose a very good home inspector and he also confirmed what a great place we were getting. His negotiating skills helped us get the best price. A few things came up after the inspection that were out of everyone's control and Rob was always there ready to address every issue whether large or small. You should definitely consider Rob if you are looking to buy or sell in the Pine/Strawberry/Payson area.

ZillowVERIFIED Truly exceptional! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Rob Gaetano. From start to finish he was kind, professional and very responsive. Rob was recommended to us by a friend. I originally contacted him on Sept 1st and he started showing us properties the very next day. We put an offer on a lovely cabin on Sept 12th and closed and received our keys on Sept 22nd. He definitely worked very hard to help us. He made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Something that really stood out to us and we really appreciate was that the day before our closing the final walk through happened and my husband and I did not make it because we had an emergency. He went above and beyond to go to the property by himself. He inspected the property, took pictures and videos for us and made sure we were ok with everything and comfortable closing the next day. By him doing this for us just speaks to his commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much Rob. We really appreciate all your hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been contemplating buying up in the pine/strawberry area for about three years and we finally pulled the trigger. Through Zillow we were coupled with Rob Gaetano and I have to tell you I couldn't be happier. Rob was amazing from the first phone call until the final handshake. Great personality and very knowledgeable and most of all he does what he says he's going to do. Highly recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob did a great job listening to my requirements, was professional and always acted in my best interest. I would recommend him to anyone. Made sure everything worked and helped me set codes and other important items up to make my transition easy! He followed up with me after my move to verify everything was still going well! He made me feel like part of his family!

ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could say he is great. But he didn't do anything. No communication, except for the first time when I contacted him regarding the property we want to see. I feel he did not take me seriously. My husband and I traveled two hours and no communication. We waited 2 hours after our original meeting time. Did not offer to look at more properties. Waited two weeks and no communication. I have been the only one that is communicating. With Rob took us more seriously. I guess his loss on commission.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob has great experience and was helpful educating us on the Strawberry, Pine market. He listens well and provides a fair view when buying-selling a home. Rob is easy to work with, genuine and flexible in regards to negotiating with other parties. He shares his input and has a vast number of contacts that support needs such as inspectors, financial services, contractors, etc. We highly recommend using Rob to either sell your existing property and/or purchase a new one!

ZillowVERIFIED We have nothing but good things to say about Rob. He was always there when we needed anything. One special dimension to his work is that the sellers did not follow through very well on their contractual obligations, so Rob has had to step in several times since the sale and finish up what the sellers realtor should have done. He is always pleasant. Good sense of humor. Easy to relate to.
