I have been in Arizona since 2009 and I am originally from upstate New York from a small city called Utica. In 2015 I decided to pursue my passion of becoming a realtor. I find great satisfaction in finding the perfect home for my clients and negotiating great deals. With having a home in Paradise Valley and a home in Pine I am very knowledgeable of all surrounding areas. Rob helped us find the right house. It has been our dream to have a house in the cooler weather for years so we decided now would be the time to pursue that dream. After several months of looking for house, we found the house that checked all the boxes. After extensive conversations with another realty group, we chose Rob. When we first contacted Rob, it was Christmas time and he was out of town. He still gave us his attention and worked with us while he was out of state. We drove up from Phoenix to meet with Rob and it worth it! His professionalism, honesty and expertise was invaluable. We have already recommended Rob to others. He was very responsive to any and every question we had. We were out of towners with very little knowledge about the area and he made us feel confident in the house we chose. Rob chose a very good home inspector and he also confirmed what a great place we were getting. His negotiating skills helped us get the best price. A few things came up after the inspection that were out of everyone's control and Rob was always there ready to address every issue whether large or small. You should definitely consider Rob if you are looking to buy or sell in the Pine/Strawberry/Payson area.

Truly exceptional! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Rob Gaetano. From start to finish he was kind, professional and very responsive. Rob was recommended to us by a friend. I originally contacted him on Sept 1st and he started showing us properties the very next day. We put an offer on a lovely cabin on Sept 12th and closed and received our keys on Sept 22nd. He definitely worked very hard to help us. He made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Something that really stood out to us and we really appreciate was that the day before our closing the final walk through happened and my husband and I did not make it because we had an emergency. He went above and beyond to go to the property by himself. He inspected the property, took pictures and videos for us and made sure we were ok with everything and comfortable closing the next day. By him doing this for us just speaks to his commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much Rob. We really appreciate all your hard work.
