Thinking of buying a home, or selling yours? Meet Rob Brown. I moved to Oak Creek Mobile Home Park in Coarsegold July, 2024 from Southern California. I quickly began the restoration of the twenty-two-year-old house I purchased. In less than a month, and half way through the renovation, I realized that I had made a mistake in moving to Central California. One of my contractors recommended a realtor friend, who I later found out was not familiar with the Coarsegold market, or selling a manufactured home. As a result, and on request, the realtor released me from that listing. After a full, frustrating year with the second seller, being fed a constant diet of aEURoehouses are just not selling in CoarsegoldaEUR?, I reached out to my realtor and friend John in Southern California, and shared my experience with the local seller. After some research, John recommended Rob, and told me Rob would be calling me. Rob called me right after speaking with my friend John, and quickly arranged an appointment. That first phone conversation was all it took. Rob introduced himself and described his vision of how he planned to sell my house. His intention and his enthusiasm, reminded me of how the great NFL Quarterback Tom Brady approached football. I knew I was in good hands. Robs excellent understanding of the market, great communication skills, focus and passion, exceeded my expectations. In just a few days, Rob surpassed, outperformed, and blew me away. While early on, his exceptional communication skills, local expertise, dedication, network of local professionals, ability to make the stressful selling process smooth, his aEURoelaseraEUR? responsiveness, demonstrated ability to make good decisions and genuine care, are visibly obvious and at the same time reassuring.
