ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Rob Brooks in February 2016 and toured over 20 homes in several days. He really listened and got to know us. We are out of town buyers from Oregon and relied heavily on his knowledge of the market and our must haves verses wants. We left with a great understanding of the market; so much that we purchased our next home via Skype!!!! The properties we toured were pending quickly and our top 2 sold. We trusted Rob to give us honest opinions about neighborhoods, taxes, his opinion on our top 10 to tour and he was awesome! He went out of his way to schedule showings for later the same day and toured us via phone. Rob was a great source of information on how to improve my credit score as well as who to work with for inspections and the title process. I always felt very confident with the information and advice I got from Rob and his team. During the negotiations they were excellent councellers. They were very open about how to proceed and the possible hurdles we might encounter and the best way to approach them. I was greatly satisfied with how he represented me with the sellers as well as with our loan company. I am self-employed so there were numerous verifications requirements from our loan provider and Rob and Jackie (Jackie Houseman is an amazing realtor and climbed through an unlit, dusty attic with no floor twice to confirm all the repairs were done) went above and beyond in helping us handle everything. I feel like we had a our fair share of complications and with our realtors help we had everything set a week before closing.
