ZillowVERIFIED Rob has managed the lease process of a house we own in Huntsville now for about 7 years. His timely processing of marketing it for lease and the value of his expertise to background check those looking at the property has been invaluable. We have had five different families or groups lease the property, virtually no damage of significance and as a result we have returned almost 98% of deposits even when animals were involved. Also, with that many changes of lease over about 7 years, we have only missed 2 months of lease payments which is extraordinary. Rob has also handled the sale of one house for us and it was very timely and he actually recommended a 10k price above what i had stated and we got that price.
