ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Rita Nicolae to find a rental property, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her exceptional assistance throughout the entire process. From the moment I reached out to her, Rita was proactive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. First and foremost, Rita's knowledge of the rental market was impressive. She took the time to understand my preferences and requirements, and then provided me with a curated list of properties that perfectly matched my criteria. Her attention to detail was remarkable, and it was clear that she had done her research beforehand to save both my time and hers. Furthermore, Rita's professionalism and punctuality stood out throughout our interactions. She was always prompt in responding to my inquiries, scheduling viewings, and providing me with all the necessary information. I truly appreciated her efficiency, as it made the entire process seamless and stress-free. What truly differentiated Rita from other real estate agents I have worked with in the past was her genuine dedication to finding me the perfect rental. She took the time to listen to my feedback after each viewing and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. Her patience and commitment were commendable, as she never pressured me into settling for a property that didn't meet my expectations. In addition to her exceptional expertise, Rita's friendly and personable nature made the entire experience enjoyable. She was approachable, easy to communicate with, and had a positive attitude throughout. I felt comfortable expressing my concerns and asking questions, knowing that she genuinely cared about finding the right rental for me. Thanks to Rita's hard work and dedication, I am now happily settled into my dream rental. I can confidently say that without her expertise and support, I would not have found such a perfect place. I highly recommend Rita Nicolae to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and attentive real estate agent. Her exceptional service and commitment to her clients truly set her apart. Thank you, Rita, for making my rental search a breeze!

ZillowVERIFIED We seeked Rita's help for the purchase of our first house, and sorry to say she was not professional. She would concentrate more on taking videos for her social media during showings than our concerns and question. After a showing, she would pressure us in giving an offer immediately, not giving us a chance to think over such a big decision. The worst is that I sent her locations for an open house, she contacted me back saying the house is already in escrow but I was able to get showinb on my own.I dont know if it was because the price of the house was low.She did not want to show us 1 house in a day, she said it had to be at least 2-3 houses for her convenience.I changed realtor within 2 weeks of working with her.I personally dont think she is professional and respectful to her clients wishes.

Then after his final inspection,he requested additional funds and perks. Ms. Nicolae stood her ground and the buyer relented.Ms. Nicolae is good at establishing rapport as she did with the tenants and they cooperated fully duringthe transactions.(They even left a month early!)I am very happy with Ms. Nicolaesperformance and I highly recommend her.Maximo Nunez

ZillowVERIFIED We met Rita a couple of years back when we decided to sell our first house, we had such a great experience that when we decided to buy a new house we couldn't have asked anyone else to help us but her.We had decided that we wanted something close to my job, and she presented all the areas that could interest us, including price range, and school districts. She found us great choices and was able to work around our schedule to show us the houses we liked. Rita was always available to answer all the questions we had and find a solution to the issues came up. Thanks Rita for making this another remarkable experience!
