The property was officially listed end of January 2020, after my uncle and I had a bit of time to remove the contents of the house and touch-up the landscaping a bit, otherwise I am sure Rita would have had buyers even sooner. With that said, Rita had numerous buyers come to the table within days of listing and we accepted an offer! After the inspection and escrow process was finalized weeks later, the house officially sold! My uncle and I had a lot going on and Rita stepped in to make this process incredibly easy, she is remarkable!
