If you want a smart,, knowledgeable, hard working realtor who can give you honest feedback and treat you like you are their number one client, you cannot do better than Rita. Her critical skills were essential to us as we searched for a beach home while living out of state and unable to visit during COVID-19 times. With the market running very fast and tight, she made good recommendations based on our criteria and quickly visited any homes that were a good fit for us (and even some that werent when we showed interest in them). She sent videos of each home with commentary and we always felt she had our best interests at heart as she provided feedback. We felt she wanted us to find the ideal home....and went to house after house over several months until we found the one we knew was perfect. Then she stayed at our side to ensure timely and reasonable offers were made and negotiated through the inspections - constantly working with us at all hours when needed. On move in day, she came to the house to check on us and we felt we had gained a new friend in our journey together. And the most amazing thing to me is that I know we were not her only client as the market was crazy busy, but we felt like we had been in the care of our own personnel concierge the entire time.
