ZillowVERIFIED Rita Abee was the most cooperative and helpful real estate person that we have ever dealt with - (and we have owned 10 homes since 1958.) We were in a tight spot, planning to move out of state (taxes), and then both of our properties sold in a short time, and we would have been HOMELESS. We were referred to Rita by a near neighbor, and off we went. When we finally found a larger home than the one we sold, we loved it, and so the moving began. Rita was there every day, giving us tips, helping to deposit funds to hold the property, doing some of the transferring of utilities, and then when the packing toward the end got frantic, there she was in our pantry, emptying all shelves, washing them down, carrying boxes, etc. She and her husband made trips to our new home with a trailer behind, lugging picnic table, ladder, porch chair, etc. When 1/3 of a U-Haul needed to be emptied, there she was lugging boxes and STUFF toward the ramp (with our son), and filled the hand truck many times, and they finished unloading - just the two of them. Rita saved our lives, she is the best and is like family now, my husband lost his job during the last process of getting our loan and she found him a job the next day! This woman is the word dedication, there's so much I can say about this woman it would take all day, she has made the process so easy for us it's unbelievable, she listens, she is VERY loveable. This was a life changing experience and I will always be grateful for Rita being in our lives. ZillowVERIFIED Rita is very pushie and is ALWAYS on top of things to get things done. She keeps everyone informed well . She goes out of her way to help with anything you need. I was a 1st time home buyer so my experience was a nightmare. I also got a VA loan which was very difficult and the VA appraiser in the area was a real hard when it come to approving loan and very strict. He denied my loan the 1st time because of 3 dead trees on the property and 20 percent humidity in the garage because the day they came our it was raining. Then they wouldn't approve my loan because they said the gutters had to be cleaned out. Rita helped me get all of this resolved for my loan to get approved. We ran into mAny issues on the way but she helped me finally close on my 1st house. Thank you Rita
