We contacted Rinde Phillippe initially based on positive online reviews, and couldnt have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than wed imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Rinde gave us excellent guidance and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us extricate ourselves from a seller who ended up behaving in a really sketchy manner after wed made an offer, and in helping us find ways to make offers way below asking price. I hope were in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldnt hesitate to work with Rinde again. There I would recommend her to anyone who is looking into buying or selling a home. Excellent Realtor!!!!

We found Rinde by chance from one of the listings we had been interested in, but her responsiveness and dedication were a clear indication that we should choose her as an agent. I feel like she has a subtly therapeutic way of figuring out which homes are actually best suited for her clients' needs.In a tough market, it took us well over a year to finally get a place, but Rinde patiently stuck by us, and was genuinely on our side every step of the way. I did not expect to have a real estate agent who put integrity and compassion before all else, but you can really tell that Rinde puts her clients first instead of just trying to get ahead herself. She was always on our side, and gave us great advice when we put in multiple offers on multiple homes. She is really knowledgable about west side real estate market, but she never pushed us into making any offers we were not completely satisfied with. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot find enough words to describe [Rinde's] patience, understanding, knowledge and most importantly her caring support. With so much on your mind after a parent passes it is sometimes so overwhelming you just don't know where to begin. To make matters worse, you find out you have been named the "Administrator" of the Trust, that's just the beginning of a not so friendly relationship with your sibling. As with many families, it begins a "war" around the settling of the Estate. I have had at least 6 real estate dealings here and in Florida, but never with a person with so much integrity as Rinde has shown. If you believe in angels, as I do, Rinde was a special delivery to me and my family. She has gone beyond the call of duty in my book. If I have to give her "stars" there just would not be enough. ZillowVERIFIED In an industry swarming with real estate agents and in a sellers market where most dont even bother with showings or appointments, Rinde was such a great gift for first time home owners like us. It would have been much easier for her to go for just the low hanging fruit, but it said a lot about her integrity and patience to work with us for over a year. No matter how much pressure there was in this crazy market, she was always honest and never applied pressure on us. She works hard around the clock and her response times are second to none.
