Rike and his band of merry realty professionals guided us through the then treacherous housing market to get us into our current home. Like most parents, we were chasing the schools for our kids and Rike directed us the best areas and listings that met our needs (ones we knew and ones he quickly recognized). During a particular bidding war, he calmly advised us to 'let it go' as the bids escalated and included exemptions from a home inspection. When we reset and started looking at underappreciated properties, he kept the same rigor in his process and delivered on his advice and service.
