Upon meeting him for our first tour, Rigo made sure to come prepared and ready to answer our long lists of questions. He very much made us feel comfortable to ask any and all questions without feeling like we were being judged. As we kept on with the process he was very honest and upfront with us which was definitely helpful for us since it was obviously a very big decision for us to make. By the end of the process we had grown to be very open with him as if he had been a family friend for years despite only knowing him for a short period of time. He was a huge help on getting us out of our head when we started to become overwhelmed. Hopefully a couple years down the road we will look into purchasing a second home and we will forsure reach out to him even if he's in retirement lol. After sifting through many offers (which consisted of low-ball and weird financing options) we sold for full asking price.Because I was located out of state, Rigo went completely out of his way to ensure my home showed better than any other home in the neighborhood. There was a even a couple times I think he cut my grass after my tenets moved out. Lol Thanks again Rigo!Through out the process Rigo was very responsive and did everything could to keep the buyers agents timely as well. All-in-all, the selling process was a lot less stressful because Rigo did everything he could to take care of us. I recommend him as a well qualified agent and would definitely use his services again.
