ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home in Sedona, AZ to sell with great expectations because of our realtors, Karen Dunlap and Rick Wesselhoff. The timing was a whirlwind from signing documents to pictures to listings and sale! We got well over our asking price and were grateful we lived in an area very enticing to buyers.My complaint about Karen and Rick was that they were so hurried, they forgot our original agreement to take my husband's two work sheds with us in our move. We made this clarification with them the one and only time we all met face to face. When it finally came up to the 2 weeks before our move date, Rick called and acknowledged to my husband that we were in fact taking both sheds that was from day one! Within a few days, Rick and Karen both reneged their previous agreement with us, as they saw the MLS listing in fact said we would be leaving two sheds instead of taking two sheds. They then flipped on us and said we signed documents for this. which were part of the original listing, which in fact were not listed. The shed acknowledgment was part of MLS listing that we did not see that was handed out at the open house we were not allowed to attend.As I said, we got above and beyond what we thought for the sale of our house, and that was great, but the shadiness and lack of integrity to acknowledge their mistake in the end was exceptionally unprofessional. They made a lot of money on the sale of our home, and they didn't care about our verbal agreement and exchange about my husband's work sheds.They won't be hurt by this review in any way, but for any new sellers using this team, be crystal clear, and read EVERYTHING! Feeling rushed isn't a benefit, it's a hinderance to getting things done accurately and professionally.

Phone calls were always answered timely with a very high level of knowledge and expertise on selling my home. They referred me to competent and knowledgeable contractors to help me complete some needed repair work, many times driving the process for me to make sure it was completed timely. Our home was only listed for 3 days before we had a full price offer and the Garrows help us to negotiate the process in a way that made a very complicated transaction seem easy including the actual close of escrow and dealing with the title company.
