We have worked with Rick twice aEUR" first when we bought our prior home, and now on both the selling end and the buying end of our new home, and we couldnt be more pleased. We were looking for someone who we felt is an expert in real estate, and we made a friend. He is professional, knows the market, has strong relationships with other realtors to broaden the opportunities to buy and sell, and has the most effective marketing tools and instincts. We have recommended him to our close friends, and they have also been happy. During our most recent experience, Rick made recommendations that were spot on, and did not put any pressure on us on either the selling or buying end. We sold our home and bought our new home aEUR" and closed aEUR" all within a month. It was important to us that we sold our home before buying a new home, and Rick made it happen. He gave us confidence that it would work out, and it did. Rick was always available to us if we had any questions, and he effectively qualified potential buyers, which made the showing and selling process easier than we could imagine! ZillowVERIFIED Transparency none existent, had him put offer in on some land and he never responded to my messages so I reached out to someone else and was told the land was sold. His phone number changed multiple times during the process also. Not recommend to work with this guy. I'm not 100% sure he was even putting in the offers I was asking him to do.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive wanted a home in Boulder City Nevada for years. I remember when the roads from Highway 15 were two lanes and you traversed through the city to get to Hoover Dam n. I finally decided it was time to make the move. Of course, I live 550 miles away, so it was a slow process. Brittany called me periodically (not stalkerishly so) to see if I was still interested. When I would come to town, Brittany was always ready and willing to help me find my dream home. Brittany was great. She worked with me looking at homes, determining and prioritizing my wants. Even showing houses not necessarily on my list but of which she knew would be of interest (one of which I purchased). I have worked with 8 other realtors over my adult life and she is at the top of the list. Brittany was easy to talk to and listened attentively. I felt heard and comfortable with her. She would gently steer me towards the possible and away from the improbable. Lessons learned: After you have an offer accepted keep your realtor, lender, and escrow company apprised of your concerns and desires. It takes all three to make the deal come together without surprises. If your selected lender wants something unreasonable such as paying off a debt that is interest free, quickly look for another lender. The Turley Team was instrumental in helping me with that exact situation. Yay! The broker of the company deserves kudus for ensuring that the prices on the property Brittany was going to put an offer on were reasonable for the area and the current market value. Brittany took the initiative to have the sale price of the property reduced when the appraisal came back a bit lower than the asking price. That shows that she was she was looking out for my best interest even though it reduced her commission a little. I highly recommend Brittany Turley and The Turley Team.
