Rick was awesome very down to earth and good sense of humor was more than a realtor would be someone that I would consider a friend now. Rick helped us purchase a single family home in Fairhope in the unincorporated area of Baldwin County that we owning as a 2nd home and vacation rental. He found the perfect rental that complied with local zoning laws, projected a lot of revenue, and was lower in taxes. Throughout the process and post closing, we needed referrals for local folks and he had the best recommendations. Rick also helped us negotiate a price reduction due to repairs needed and moved our closing up 5 days so that we could rent the property for Mardi Gras weekend. Rick was a superstar. We definitely recommend him.
