I was introduced to Rick by one of my close friends who had nothing but high praises for Rick's seemingly inexhaustible enthusiasm, outstanding work ethic and solid character. And boy, was my friend right!!From the day we were introduced to Rick, we pretty much hit the ground running. We were very particular at the location we wanted and Rick made easy work of that, having been a Realtor in the area for quite some time now. We looked at a multitude of houses; from new developments, ROEs, to short sales, and even preforclosures. Once we found the perfect house. Rick worked his magic negotiating the sale price (I don't know how but he managed to negotiate a price below the actual appraisal value, about $20k less than the asking price), the Lender (3.75% APR, whoot!!), and the included upgrades (free backyard landscaping, additional cabinetry, solar pannels and much more!!).In the end, with Rick's help, we were able to get the perfect home at the exact location we wanted for a great price and an unbelievably low rate. Can't I just phone the seller's agent and call it a day? Then I read the language in the reams of paperwork associated with home-buying. This is daunting even for me, and I spend my days deciphering legalese. Rick offers crucial, objective opinions that humble the wide-eyed buyer. It's too easy to be smitten with a home's many bells and whistles, only to find that there's mold in the attic, an old roof, mandatory flood insurance, or worse, a party-hearty neighbor "between jobs" with 12 kids. No thanks.Also, Rick sacrificed evenings and weekends for several months to show homes far from his "beat". Additionally, he promptly replies to all emails and phone calls and persistently advocates for the needs of his buyer. My review is also on Yelp!
