What my husband and I really valued about Rick, was his calm demeanor, fun sense of humor, and his realistic and honest approach to everything. ZillowVERIFIED Rick assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our first home during the fall/winter of 2013. Rick was fantastically knowledgeable, and very patient with us as we learned the process. He was genuinely fun to be around and browse inventory with, and learned our preferences well enough to give great advice and point out positives or negatives we may have missed.During the offer process, Rick never made us feel rushed, and never seemed put off if walked away from a counter-offer. There was absolutely zero pressure or sense of urgency for us to buy a house before we were ready. He did a great job of working with the sellers' agents to maximize value for us, and was always willing to commute 40+ minutes to give us another look at our future home.At the end of the process, just days before closing, there were issues between the loan broker, lender, and escrow company. Rick kept the purchase on track by staying on top of everyone and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.Working with Rick was a fantastic experience - I couldn't recommend him more highly, and would not hesitate to work with him again.
