ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I bought our first house in 2019, and Rick was more helpful than I could have ever guessed. The day that we moved into the house, we ended up having an issue with water in the basement. I immediately called Rick to tell him that the basement had standing water, and he dropped everything to come take a look. We figured out that it was the sump pump not responding the water level rising, and the previous owners had the piping installed too close to the edge of well wall. Before long, Rick was at the house with his power tools and materials to fix the sump pump. His experience as a builder was so important in this situation, and I don't believe we could have had a better person in our corner to help fix the issue. Along with the sump pump issue, he changed out a few outlets that needed replaced, all without asking for anything in return. In all honesty, I should have written this review in 2019, but I figured it was better late than never. Thanks again, Rick! We really love this house and all that you did to help us with the buying process!

Hes extremely knowledgeable about everything I'm home purchasing and very passionate about making sure hes getting you looking at the right house for you. Weve dealt with other realtors who say they know a lot about what they do, but when it comes down to it; they only know as much as it takes to get their check at the end of the whole thing. Rick, on the other hand is the complete opposite. He cares deeply about making sure your happy and what your getting is what you want. Basically hes not happy until your happy. ZillowVERIFIED Rick is a great real estate agent. He helped my wife and I through every step of the process. My work schedule in the summer is very busy and Rick was always available when needed. We had an offer on our house 4 hours after it was listed but I was at work until after midnight so when I called Rick at 1am to accept the deal he answered right away. We ran into a snag on the deal when the buyers backed out a week before closing for no good reason. Rick personally drove over to our house to give us the news instead of an impersonal phone call or email.
