ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on our first house today and we owe so much of that to Rick. It s a crazy market right now and Rick was always very responsive and quick to schedule showings for us. Houses were going under contract so quickly so Rick knew timing was important, when we saw a house come up that we wanted to see he would almost always get us in the next day. Being first time home buyers he took time to explain things to us, he would take calls at late hours when needed and really went to bat for us when we needed help negotiating on repairs with the sellers. Rick was very patient and never pushed us in any way. He is very knowledgeable of the area and knew a lot about houses in general. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house. You need a professional like Rick on your side. We can t thank you enough!

After the first time dealing with him, quite a few years ago, and the experience that we had with that sale, we have used him many times since, and wouldnt even think of using anyone else. Id estimate its been 6-8 instances. He is knowledgeable, available, not pushy or condescending, and a genuinely nice man. I would more than highly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Rick handled both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. I had previously listed my home with a realtor my company had me use from their relocation department. The house didnt sell and in fact got little activity. When I listed with Rick it sold very quickly. He had qualified interested buyers already in mind before the sign even went up and he worked very hard to get the deal done. The entire process was very smooth and very quick. When I was ready to start looking for my new home Rick was very knowledgable regarding active listings and made himself available to show me the homes I wanted to see when I wanted to see them. The house I ultimately fell in love with had multiple offers. He gave me great advice and again used his expertise and local connections to ensure that my offer was attractive to the seller and that the process was smooth and uncomplicated .
