Rick LaShance

I was born and raised in the Aberdeen/Hoquiam area and graduated from Hoquiam High School and then to business school for computer engineering in the Seattle area. I enjoyed working at the Seattle Blood Bank for several years and then managed a Kent-based buying co-op for sporting goods for companies all over the United States. After 30 years of running the Kent-based company in sales, marketing and management, I retired and returned to reality - the peace and tranquility of Ocean Shores. My wife Donna and I love our beach time. I believe in community and have been a member of the Park Board of Commissioners; the Kiwanis President and still a member; Elks - House Committee Co-Chair; Member of Eagles; Crime Watch Volunteer; Ocean Shores Camping Club; Associated Arts of Ocean Shores. Being active in the community keeps me up-to-date on what's happening in the real estate market. I chose to become part of the Windermere/Ocean Shores group January 2003 because of their business ethics and their commitment to support the community. I display honesty and integrity in all dealings. As a real estate professional, I live by a code of ethics and professional standards. My mission is to provide total exposure, marketing and advice.
