Rick Grant's career has always been built on integrity,
quality, and authenticity. For more than 40 years, Rick has been buying,
selling, and investing in real estate, and during that time he also led one of
the most respected Western and outdoor apparel brands in America ...Schaefer
Outfitter.

From 1992 onward, Rick built Schaefer into a symbol of rugged American style,
outfitting ranchers, rodeo champions, and everyday people who take pride in the
Western way of life. After selling the company in 2014, he and his family
rejoined a year and a half later, relocating operations to Fort Worth where the
brand flourished once again.

Today, Rick brings that same hands-on, authentic approach to Grant Real Estate
Group, combining decades of business acumen, marketing innovation, and
real-estate expertise. Licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, he and his wife
Lynn specialize in luxury homes, ranch, vacant land, and lifestyle-driven
living across Parker, Tarrant, Palo Pinto and surrounding North Texas Counties
in Texas.

When not working with clients, Rick enjoys golfing with Lynn, fly-fishing,
weight training, and spending time with family while helping new investors and
