ZillowVERIFIED Rick was professional from the jump! When we first me Rick, we hopped in a zoom call for about 2 hours. Let me just say this, it was probably the most interesting 2 hours for me and my girlfriend. In those 2 hours he went into depth about real estate and what it takes to buy a home. He went into detail from the EMD, contingencies, closing costs, appraisals, inspections, and they strategies to make offers. Once we finished our call, Rick gave us the confidence and push we needed to take the next step. Within days his people had pre-approved us for a loan and we were looking at multiple houses. As a realtor, Rick goes above and beyond. You can tell he had our best interest in mind. I say this because when we arrived at showing, he would look at the conditions of the roof, windows, walls, foundations etc. That meant a lot to us. He made us feel comfortable and showed us his passion for real estate. Rick made sure we were comfortable before we submitted any offers. Gave us all the advice we needed and walked us through different options on how to be aggressive. Once in escrow, Rick was available at all times of day. Always made sure he was on top of things and fought for our money. If we had any questions or concerns he went out his way to resolve them. Very professional and very punctual. In the end, he got the job done as promised. He got us our home and made it happen. We are very satisfied with his service and will highly recommend him to anyone in the market. It was our first time buying a home so we didn't know any better. After being disappointed we switched over to working with Rick and we could definitely see the difference. Rick showed us several houses in a short amount of time. ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing several real estate agents Rick passed with flying colors. His professionalism and knowledge really made it a no brainer for us to go with him. He was very transparent and helped my husband and I really get down to what was the most important part of a home for us. For us it was the school and Rick really understood that and made it a priority. He was so great that we recommended him to my brother and sister-in-law and now they are also in escrow. A plus for us was how Rick treated other realtors too. He was very polite and respectful and I think that says a lot about a person. Many times throughout our process we saw some really rude realtors and that was never Rick. Just some highlights about Rick :1. Professional and thorough 2. He knew the city of Whittier really well because there can be sketchy areas and he warned us of them.3. He has some construction knowledge because every home we went to he always made sure to look at the structure itself (big plus, you don't want a beautiful home that is rotting from the inside).4. Responded in a timely manner.5. Easy to talk to, you don't feel like it's a transaction. You feel like you are a team.Overall, you should really give him a call and work with Rick. He will make it happen for you.
