My only complaint would be that I was put in the position to have to show the new potential buyers my home during their second walk through. It was uncomfortable and their realtor or mine should have been there. It's what they're getting paid for. Rick was very knowledgeable about the area and how quickly the home would sell. I would recommend him if you want your house sold quickly and at the price you want.
