ZillowVERIFIED Rick and Beth helped us get our first home without any issues. They actually made it fun. They were always there when we needed them and were impressively fast. Rick could sell and negotiate anything to anyone. He is your man if you want to get the right house at the right price. We got our house for 30k below asking which is impressive in this market.

ZillowVERIFIED Patient, respected, and diligent. Rick was there for me every step of the way and seems to know just about everyone in the area. His recommended inspector saved me from disaster on the first house I wanted to buy and I ended up with an even better house overall and I couldn't be happier. If I ever sell, Rick gets my listing and if I ever need to buy, he's my guy.
