ZillowVERIFIED At the last minute we met Rick to look at a few houses. I called on a Friday and we had multiple appointments scheduled for that Monday with numerous houses we picked out and some he recommended as well he had already walked through. He was on time, prompt and was very professional. On Monday we decided to put in an offer on a house he had recommended that we fell in love with. The home had already had a bid put in on it but Rick was able to structure an offer that the buyer was willing to accept and still less then the selling price all while someone else wanted the home as well. Within a month we closed and moved in (which was hectic, but we could not imagine having to wait any longer). Throughout the month Rick stayed on top of each item we had to do, reminded us what we needed to do and met us there whenever we needed. It was our first home purchase and Rick fulfilled our expectations of "the perfect realtor". I will recommend him and use him again whenever needed.

On the selling end, he was very knowledgeable about the comparable homes that were sold in our area and we came up with a plan to sell the house very quickly.
