He helped me sell my dad's home. Both of my parents died in different states in the same week and I was in shock. It was very hard to think and deal with selling the house. Working with Richard to sell my mothers home was one of the best experiences Ive encountered. He was very responsive and provided a weekly update on items to be addressed and those completed.
