She took care of the property as if it were her ownaEUR"putting out the trash, collecting the mail, and making sure everything stayed in great condition. She also managed all the updates, including interior painting, new carpet, and any necessary repairs, which gave me so much peace of mind. Rachel was extremely proactive with marketing. She hosted open houses almost every weekend until the home sold and created a beautiful online video of the property, along with drone footage. It was clear she used every available tool to showcase the home in the best possible way. What meant the most to me was how in tune she was with my emotions throughout the process. This is because he understands the market- what kind of buyer would be interested, at what kind of price, and what I needed to do to the house for the most bang for the buck. Where I was in a panic, he knew exactly what had to be done. Moreover, he recommended someone to help me get it done quickly. For the first time with a realtor, I felt absolutely confident leaving everything in his hands and following all his advice. Rick has an extensive team of experts in his firm, ready to handle any contingency that might arise, and both he and his team were always easily accessible to answer questions. Best of all, we were never made to feel like 2nd class clients because we didn't have a high-end property. ZillowVERIFIED We are very very highly disappointed in our experience with Richard! A year ago we reached out to him about buying a house in the Sarasota area. He was quick to respond and we had a phone call that evening already.. he told us the property we were looking at was way too much money. We greatly appreciated his honesty and were excited that we found a realtor who would give us his honest opinion. FF to this year about 2 months ago we reached out to him again about a property, same response, the property is way overpriced. We continue to stay in contact with him and every property we asked him about he had the same response the property is way overpriced! He then suggested a fixer-upper property which we were super excited about and asked numerous times if we could have a showing on the property. He would always respond with yes I will get a showing for you. We soon realized he was lying to us because at first he told us the owner is his friend and lives in Georgia, then the next time we talk to him he told us the owner lives in two different states. He continued to tell us yes I will have information to you over and over again And never followed through with it. We called and text and emailed and never could we get him to get us any information on the property. I finally told him today that if we dont have any information from him by 1 oclock this afternoon we will have to move on and find another realtor who is willing to make a sale. Never got any response from him. We are very highly disappointed in Richard when a year ago we thought we found the realtor who will help us buy a property! I would never refer Richard to another customer! And will make sure that my review is publicized so other people dont face what we have faced with him! If we would have had somebody who was willing to help us we would already have a property in Sarasota Florida but instead we have been led around a stump for months and months already with no answer! Very highly disappointed!
