If I could describe him and his team, I would say they went above and beyond, numerous times. During the process, I moved and was no longer in the same state as the property for sell. He is the epitome of a professional and his local knowledge is unmatched in the real estate business. Zillow didn't give me the drop down choice, but Rich actually SOLD me a home and helped me SELL a home. We've been on both sides of the real estate process together. He's helped me every step of the way, even when stuff was beyond my understanding. I cannot recommend this Realtor enough. He helped me in a time of desperation, in the middle of a divorce, with two kids. He found homes that fit me, my needs, and most importantly-- he respected my budget. Richs skills in the area of Real Estate are Exceptional, and I would not want to work with anyone else. Not only is he very professional, his resources are also outstanding including mortgage contacts and his prefered title company. Rich worked with us on a unique and complex Chesapeake Bay restriction-Title issue that prevented us from selling our house. We didnt even know about it until we attempted to close on the sale. Rich first helped us acquire and move into our Dream home, and put a renter into our former house. Then, he worked tirelessly trying to solve the issue with the title company and county for over a year and during the COVID quarantine. We were able to finally close on our former house with new buyers and without any problems. We could not have done it without him.

Richard was patient, answered questions, and approached the process with ease in such a way as to calm the nerves and make the whole process seem like a joyous experience. I have had some experience with agents in the past, but this was the best. He was willing to travel anywhere he was licensed, had great knowledge of the areas from Fredrick, to Baltimore, to Annapolis, and was always willing to do so on short notice. I was not an easy customer (looked at a few dozen houses it seemed) and it never phased him, he never seemed impatient, and he took the time to learn what we were looking for. Paperwork was always timely and accurate, emails and email responses were timely, for complicated items he was always willing and able to talk on the phone, and he dealt well with the bank (VA loan).
